Ba’Ghetto is the oldest jewish restaurant in Rome, and was opened thanks to the inspirational spirit of Ester and Amram Dabush, parents of Avi,IIan,Eran and Amit, of which ,they transmitted this passion and creativity to their children, enough to transform a local restaurant in the neighbourhood, into the largest kosher restaurant in Italy and in Europe.
Infact nowadays, the partnership has a chain of restaurants situated in 4 key Towns in Italy which includes; Rome, Florence, Milan and Venice, but remains famous for its capacity to combine the delicacies of its dishes in a family style cohabiting atmosphere.
